Income-eligible residential customers with account balances of up to $300 who earn up to 300% of the federal poverty guidelines, or about a monthly gross income of $6,438 for a family of four, will be eligible to automatically receive a one-time grant to help pay off their account balance. Eligible customers will be able to receive this grant through the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) or Nicor Gas Sharing Program.
