This program helps seniors stay in their home! Our case manager will help you identify local programs and resources for seniors struggling to maintain their homes. Funding provided in part by AgeOptions. 

Serving residents of Ford Heights and Sauk Village, Lynwood, Glenwood and Lansing.  Free produce and dry storage food items.  Every Thursday from 9am - 12pm.
